A Live Interactive 6-Week Small Group Coaching Cohort
6 SUNDAYS | May 4 - June 8 | 11am-1pm EST
Build the skills to step up, speak out, and lead with integrity—no matter your role or title.
In this era of polycrisis, we’ve seen individuals rise up with moral courage—people at every level who challenge injustice, speak hard truths, and act with integrity, even when it’s uncomfortable. It may seem like only the bold and fearless are capable of this kind of action, but the truth is, moral courage isn’t an inherent trait—it’s a skill that can be cultivated.
With practice, reflection, and intention, we all have the capacity to step into our courage and meet this moment with conviction.
In this 6-week small-group coaching cohort, you’ll join a supportive community of no more than 12 participants to develop the inner strength, clarity, and resilience needed to lead with courage in uncertain times—regardless of title, role, or position. Together, we’ll dive deep into the forces that shape our moral courage, from culture and history to identity and neurobiology, and explore how to apply it in your own life and leadership.
Registration costs $1,249 per person. However, in an effort to make these cohorts as accessible as possible to the largest number of people, we’re offering a sliding scale with rates of $949 and $449 and invite you to pay the discount forward in some other way in the future when you’re able. Please note that a percentage of all coaching cohort proceeds will be donated to the ACLU.
