holding the line: navigating moral injury + staying true to your values

What happens when doing the right thing comes at a cost? In times of crisis and moral conflict, many of us are forced to make difficult decisions that clash with our deepest values—whether it’s staying silent when we should speak up, compromising our integrity to protect ourselves, or witnessing harm we feel powerless to stop. These moments can leave us grappling with moral injury—the deep emotional and psychological distress that arises when our sense of right and wrong is violated. This interactive workshop designed to help you understand, process, and navigate moral injury even in the most challenging moments.

This workshop is virtual and will take place via zoom.

Suggested donation $129 or pay what you can and pay it forward in some other way in the future when you’re able. Please note that a percentage of all proceeds will be donated to the ACLU.
